Terms of Service

Please review the terms and conditions governing your use of MedBookings courses and platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or booking a class through MedBookings ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Course Registration & Attendance

  1. Eligibility: Registrants are responsible for verifying that they hold the required prerequisites and professional licenses prior to booking.
  2. Pre-Course Preparation: Certain advanced courses (e.g., ACLS, PALS) require mandatory pre-course online modules or pre-tests. Failure to complete these prior to class may result in non-admittance without refund.
  3. Punctuality: Practical skills sessions begin promptly. Late arrivals may forfeit their reserved seat to ensure compliance with minimum instructional hour guidelines.

3. Certification & e-Cards

  • Certification cards are issued exclusively upon successful completion of both the cognitive (written) assessment and practical skills evaluation.
  • Digital certifications are delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking or on the dashboard of Governing body.
  • MedBookings does not guarantee passing; re-testing policies follow the respective certifying authority guidelines.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Standard Reschedule: You may request a date change up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled class time, subject to seat availability.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of course commencement may incur an administrative processing fee.
  • Instructor Cancellations: If a class is postponed due to instructor emergency or severe weather, attendees will be offered immediate rescheduling or a refund excluding charges for any redeemed electronic material and administrative charges. Check refund section on specific listing as it varies per venue.

5. MedBookings responsibility

Medbookings is just a Directory service. You are solely responsible to check organizer ratings and credibility. Anyone can list their classes on our website. We only verify their instructor status. We want you to leave a review after your experience to help others and the platform. MedBookings is not responsible for any issues or events during the course or in case of delays in getting your certification.
