MedBookings respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when registering for training courses.

When you register for a class, we collect:
- Contact Details: Name, professional title, email address, and phone number.
- Licensing & Accreditation Data: Professional license numbers (if required for CEU/CME submission) and certifying body profile IDs.
- Payment Transaction Records: Payment tokens processed securely via PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store raw credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to:
- Process course registrations and reserve venue skill stations.
- Submit your passing scores to official certifying authorities for eCard generation.
- Send booking confirmations, venue directions, and reminder notices.
- Issue course completion certificates and Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).
3. Third-Party Sharing & Security
- We never sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
- Data is shared strictly with your designated instructor and the respective accreditation board to register your certification.
- All communications are encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS) protocols.
4. Your Rights and Data erasure
You have the right to request a copy of your stored records, correct inaccurate personal details, or request deletion of your account history by contacting privacy@medbookings.com.
5. Duration of data storage
For the purposes of audit, we keep records stored indefinitely when possible. In case of challenges, we might erase records sooner.
